RETURNS AND EXCHANGES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)

We offer return labels and exchanges for many international orders, but not all. You can check if your country is covered by entering your order number and email in the return portal. If your country is not covered, you will need to arrange the return yourself using the return address and information below.

You have 14 days to return your order from the day you receive your package at your address or pickup point.

If you need to return on your own:

  • Choose a shipping provider of your choice (e.g. at the post office).

  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs (including any customs duties/VAT when returning from outside the EU).

  • Always ship with a tracking number, as we cannot take responsibility for lost packages sent as regular letters.

  • The package must be sent directly to the return address – we do not collect from kiosks or post offices.

Always remember to include your name and order number inside the package so we can identify your return.

Important:

  • Customs duties/VAT/fees outside the EU are not refunded.

  • Once we have received your return, you will receive a confirmation by email. Refunds can take up to 10 business days to be processed.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are possible for many international orders via the return portal.

  • If your country is not covered, you must return the item and place a new order once the refund has been processed.

  • You can also exchange webshop orders in our physical store in Copenhagen.

We cannot accept returns/exchanges if:

  • The 14-day return deadline has passed.

  • The item is not properly packaged.

  • The item has traces of perfume, makeup, or smoke.

  • Hangtags or labels are removed or damaged.
