1. RETURNS (DENMARK ONLY)
You have a 14-business-day return policy, starting from the day you receive your item at a parcel shop. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this period.
We aim to process all returns within 5 business days after receiving them. Refunds may take up to 10 banking days, depending on your bank and payment method.
You must cover the return shipping costs yourself. The price for our return label is 45 DKK. The shipping cost you paid for delivery to your address will be refunded (if the entire order is returned), so you only need to cover the return shipping cost (valid for Danish orders only).
Note: If you choose a different return solution than ours, we still recommend using a tracking number, as you are responsible for ensuring the package reaches us. We do not pick up packages from parcel shops or post offices, so make sure to send the package directly to our address.
Always remember to include a return slip with your name and order number inside the package so we can identify that it comes from you.
EXCHANGES:
It is not possible to exchange an order. If you want a different item, you must return the original order, after which it will be refunded, and you can place a new order.
However, it is possible to exchange your webshop order in our physical store in Copenhagen.
WE CANNOT ACCEPT YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE IF:
The 14-business-day return deadline has passed.
The item(s) are not properly packed and in original packaging.
The item(s) have traces of perfume, makeup, or smoke smell.
Hangtags or labels have been removed or damaged.
If you have received an item with defects, perfume, or makeup stains, please contact us. If you return an item without prior contact, we cannot accept the return.
Once we have processed your return, you will receive an email notification. It may take up to 10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
2. RETURNS & EXCHANGES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)
Unfortunately, we do not yet offer return labels for orders outside of Denmark. You will need to arrange return shipping through a courier of your choice (e.g., at the post office or similar). You must cover the return costs yourself (including customs/VAT if returning from outside the EU). Please ship the return as DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) if you're returning from outside the EU.

CUSTOMS, VAT & OTHER FEES OUTSIDE THE EU:
If you have paid customs or other fees for your order, these will not be refunded upon return.
