TERMS & CONDITIONS
We strive to ensure customer satisfaction, and to support this, it is important that you read our terms and conditions before purchasing from us. These are standard e-commerce policies in line with best practices.
We reserve the right for any pricing errors, sold-out or discontinued items, and supplier delivery issues. The information on our website is not binding.

PAYMENT
Venderby’s accepts online payments via Visa and Mastercard.
Payment will only be charged when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed upon or stated in your order.
All prices include VAT. The following currency is used:
- Denmark – Danish Kroner (DKK)
We use a secure payment server that encrypts all data using SSL protocol, ensuring your information remains safe.
SHIPPING & CUSTOMS
If your country is not listed, feel free to contact us.
Customs, VAT & Fees:
For orders shipped to the UK, Norway, Iceland, USA, Australia, and Canada, additional customs, VAT, and fees may apply. These are not included in the price.
If you return your order, customs duties will not be refunded. Please mark your return package clearly as a return item.
All orders include a tracking number, allowing you to follow your shipment from our warehouse to your address.
Pre-orders:
If you place an order that includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will only be shipped when all items are available.
We are not responsible for supplier delays.
Uncollected Packages:
If you do not pick up your package and it is returned to us, the shipping fee will not be refunded, as we are charged a return fee by the courier.
RETURN POLICY (DANISH ORDERS ONLY)
You have a 14-day return period from the date you receive your package at the parcel shop. Returns made after this period will not be accepted.
We aim to process returns within 10 business days of receiving the package. Refunds may take 2-3 banking days, depending on your bank and payment method.
BUY OUR RETURN LABEL HERE
If you choose another return method, we strongly recommend using tracking, as you are fully responsible for ensuring the package reaches us.
Packages must be sent to our address—we do not collect parcels from parcel shops or post offices.
You are responsible for return shipping costs. However, the original shipping fee will be refunded if the entire order is returned.
To process your return, email us at kontakt@venderbys.dk (you will not receive a response, but the request will be registered).
Always include a return form with your name and order number inside the package to ensure we can identify your return.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, return the original order for a refund and place a new order.
However, you may exchange items in our physical store in Copenhagen.
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The 14-day return period has expired.
- Items are not properly packed.
- Items have been exposed to perfume, makeup, or smoke.
- Tags or labels are missing or damaged.
If you received a defective or incorrect item, you must contact us before returning it. We cannot accept the return otherwise.
RETURN POLICY (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)
We do not provide return labels for international orders. You must arrange and cover return shipping yourself.
You have 14 days from the date you receive your package to return it.
To ensure your refund, we strongly recommend using a tracking number. Packages sent without tracking may get lost, and we cannot be held responsible for missing returns.
Returns must be sent directly to our address—we do not collect packages from kiosks or post offices.

Always include your name and order number inside or on the package, otherwise, we will not be able to process your refund.
Once we receive your return, we will notify you via email. Refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.

PRE-ORDERS
If an item is a pre-order, this will be stated in the product title and your order confirmation. The estimated shipping time will be mentioned in the product description.
If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will be shipped once the pre-order item is available.
If a pre-order exceeds 7 days, payment will be withdrawn before shipment, as we cannot hold the reserved payment longer. If the payment cannot be processed, the order will be canceled.
WARRANTY & COMPLAINTS
All products come with a 2-year warranty under the Danish Sales Act, covering defects in material and manufacturing.
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, you must notify us within a reasonable time (max. 2 months). We will cover return shipping costs and provide a return label.

Complaints sent as cash on delivery will not be accepted.
If an item is missing from your order, you must notify us within 4 days of receiving your package.
CUSTOMER & PRIVACY POLICY
We do not sell or share your personal information. Your details are only stored in our customer database and can be deleted upon request.
To process your order, we collect:
- Name
- Address
- Phone number
- Email address
Your personal data is securely stored and kept for up to 5 years before deletion.
We ensure that all data collection requires your explicit consent, and only Venderby’s employees have access to this information.
